What's Curing at Wolf & Raven - New Handmade Soaps Coming Soon

There's a particular kind of patience that comes with making soap by hand.

Right now, our curing rack has rows of freshly cut bars resting quietly in the cool, dry air of our soaping room. They are slowly transforming from soft, fragrant slabs into the hard, long-lasting soaps we're proud to put our name on. It takes weeks to cure soap and we wouldn't rush it, even if we could.

Curing isn't just drying. It's the process of allowing excess water to evaporate and the saponification process to complete fully. This results in a harder, milder bar that lasts longer in your shower and feels better on your skin. Every bar on that rack is a promise we're keeping to you.

So, what's coming? We're not ready to spill everything just yet, but here's a few hints: expect something dark and resinous, something fresh and spicy, and something we've been quietly working on for months.

Follow along on TikTok and Instagram at wolfandraven1228 for sneak peeks straight from the studio.

Good things take time. We'll see you soon.
