Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all bar soaps and personal care items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in place for health and hygiene reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
